Dr. Douglas Gaffney Jr.
Ph.D. Health Psychology, AMFT, APCC
As a real estate investor and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in health psychology, I exhort health, and coach ambitious and dedicated people on how to build wealth through education, leadership development, and real estate investing.
I entered real estate in 2005 while serving on active duty in the US Navy in the Seabees (the Navy Combat Construction Force). My vision was to create wealth through real estate cash flowing assets and build a team of entrepreneurs with a shared vision. This vision still remains! I learned how important physical and mental health is as I gained experience coaching hundreds of people. As I encountered many ambitious “go-getters” I realized the focus on money alone was not enough to truly grow and sustain wealth. Through utilizing my military educational benefits, and by the grace of God, I achieved a PhD in Health Psychology in order to provide an even greater and robust coaching program experience for those I serve.
